# Who picks up when you ring, and what they will and will not do

Locksmith Villena is a mobile locksmith working out of Villena, with no shop to visit: the workshop is the van, and the job is done at your door.

22 years at the trade, opening doors, changing cylinders and repairing locks. The phone is answered in English and in Spanish, so you can explain the problem in whichever comes easier, and we can pass it on to a landlord or a neighbour in Spanish if needed.

## How we work, every time

- The price is agreed with you before any work begins, after we have seen the door.
- Opening through the lock comes first; drilling is the last option, and only with your agreement.
- We ask for proof that you have the right to enter before opening a home, a car or a safe.
- No arrival time is printed on this website. You get an honest estimate on the phone.
- The phone is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Planned work is booked in normal hours.
- Payment by cash, card or Bizum.

## Jobs we turn down, every time

Asked often enough that it is worth saying clearly. None of these is offered:

- Cutting, copying or duplicating keys of any kind
- Spare keys for doors, gates or padlocks
- Car keys: cutting, supplying, replacing or programming them
- Transponder keys and vehicle remote controls
- Ignition barrel or ignition switch repairs
- Keys for motorbikes or vans
- Metalwork: making or welding gates, grilles or railings
