What we cannot do on a car
None of the following is offered, on cars or anything else:
- Cutting, copying or duplicating keys of any kind
- Spare keys for doors, gates or padlocks
- Car keys: cutting, supplying, replacing or programming them
- Transponder keys and vehicle remote controls
- Ignition barrel or ignition switch repairs
- Keys for motorbikes or vans
- Metalwork: making or welding gates, grilles or railings

- If a child or a pet is inside on a warm day, call 112 first, then us.
- If someone at home has the spare, it may be quicker to fetch it.

Will opening the car damage the door or the paint?
Opening is done with tools made to reach the lock or the inside handle without forcing the door, and in the normal case it leaves no mark. If a particular car carries a risk, we tell you before starting.
I lost the car key altogether. Can you make me a new one?
No. We do not cut, supply, replace or program car keys of any kind. If the key is lost rather than locked inside, you need the dealer or a specialist in car keys; we can only open the door so you can get your things out.
My car is parked at Villena AV and the keys are inside. Can you come there?
Yes. The station is about six kilometres south of the town, near Santa Eulalia. Tell us which car park and send a pin, and keep your ticket or booking to hand along with your ID.
It is a hire car. Is that a problem?
No, as long as the rental agreement is in your name. Call the hire company too: some want to know, and a few send their own assistance.
